5. Video Consultations (Zoom or Similar Platforms)
Carelee may conduct virtual consultations using secure third-party video conferencing platforms (such as Zoom). Participation in virtual consultations is voluntary. Unless explicitly disclosed and consented to, Carelee does not record virtual sessions. Clients are responsible for ensuring privacy within their own environment during video sessions.
6.1 Payments and Financial Information
Carelee may process payments through trusted third-party payment processors, including QuickBooks Payments or authorized financial institutions. Payment processors may collect:

- Bank account information (for Pre-Authorized Debit)
Carelee does not store full credit card numbers. Payment processing is subject to the security standards of the payment provider.

Carelee may use secure third-party electronic signature platforms, including QuickBooks or similar services, to execute service agreements and related documentation. 7. Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD)
Where clients authorize Pre-Authorized Debit:
- Banking information is used solely for agreed recurring payments
- PAD cancellation requires advance written notice as outlined in the Service Agreement
- Banking data is handled securely and in accordance with applicable financial regulations
