6. Pricing and Payment
6.1 Currency
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
6.2 Introductory Reduced Rates
Where applicable, certain care categories may be offered at a reduced hourly rate for the first three (3) months of service. After this period, the hourly rate automatically returns to the standard posted rate in effect at that time. Bundled care savings remain in effect unless otherwise revised and communicated.

Personal Care represents the foundational hourly rate. Additional services such as Medication Management, Household Support, and Companionship may be added at the applicable hourly rate unless included in a bundled care category. Specialized or Advanced Care services are priced separately.

Overnight services are custom-priced. Night-shift hours include a premium as disclosed in the Service Agreement. Daytime hours follow standard pricing.
6.5 Statutory Holidays
Services provided on Ontario statutory holidays may be subject to applicable premium rates. Any adjustments will be communicated in advance and reflected on the invoice.
6.6 Taxes and Processing Fees
Applicable taxes, including HST where required, will be applied in accordance with federal and provincial regulations. Certain third-party payment processing fees (such as credit card transaction fees) may apply and will be disclosed prior to payment confirmation.
